    codingPack?: CodingPack

    Active national diagnosis coding pack (adds a second coding to each Condition). Resolved and passed by the export entry point.

    includeCodeSystem?: boolean

    Embed the engine's own CodeSystem resource in the Bundle (default true) so validators can resolve the LOCAL_SYSTEM codes from the Bundle itself. Pass false for a leaner Bundle when the consumer already hosts the published fhir/CodeSystem-odontogram.json.

    snomed?: boolean

    Emit a SNOMED CT coding on each Condition when true (DX-6 overlay). Set from the snomedEnabled session flag by the export entry point.

    subject?: string

    FHIR reference string for the subject, e.g. "Patient/123". When omitted, a placeholder Patient resource is added to the Bundle and referenced by every Observation.
