    Interface OdontogramExportPayload

    The serialized odontogram export payload (matches exportStatus()'s object). plan is additive: present only when the PLAN chart has been initialized and differs from teeth (the STATUS chart, always the primary/required field). FHIR EXPORT reads it since DX-11: each planned INTERVENTION becomes a ServiceRequest with intent: "plan" (toFhirPlan.ts). FHIR IMPORT still ignores it — the plan layer comes back through the JSON payload only.
